1. HANDLING TIME
Ready to Ship Within 1–3 Business Days (This timeframe begins after order processing starts and refers to the period before the item is handed over to the shipping carrier.)
2. SHIPPING RATES & SHIPPING TIME
We ship from our US warehouse. Tracking information will be provided for all orders. Delivery is typically handled by USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on your location and the service selected.

- The time frames above apply to orders using standard shipping methods.
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the estimated time frame. However, these periods are approximate and can vary in individual cases. Some items or orders may require a longer processing and/or delivery time frame due to stock availability, customization, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. ORDER TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status online. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and visible in the carrier's system.
If you do not receive an order confirmation or shipping notification email, please check your email's SPAM/JUNK folder before contacting us.
You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS.com, UPS.com, DHL.com). If your order tracking has not been updated or if the delivery is past the estimated arrival date, please contact us at Support@Raccsy.com or (866) 410-9558, and we will investigate for you.
6. CUSTOMS RULES (International Orders)
Orders being shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These fees are determined and imposed by the local customs authorities and are not charged by Raccsy.
- Customer Responsibility: Payment of any such duties, taxes, or fees is the responsibility of the recipient.
- Checkout Notification: We may indicate during checkout for international orders that these potential fees could apply. This is also often noted in the order confirmation email.
- Gift Wrap: Selecting a gift wrap option will not prevent potential customs fees.
- Refunds: Raccsy cannot refund customs fees, as we do not collect them. For any issues regarding customs charges, please contact your local customs office directly. Please note for International Shipments:
- Delivery Times Not Guaranteed: International shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance procedures can cause significant delays beyond our original estimates. These delays are outside of Raccsy's control.
- Contact Information: To facilitate customs clearance, please ensure you provide an accurate local phone number and email address where you can be reached by the carrier or customs officials.
- Import Requirements: We recommend checking with your local customs authorities beforehand to understand your country's specific import regulations and potential costs. How to help ensure speedy delivery:
