By accessing or using our website (www.raccsy.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Yeah, it’s the boring stuff – but legally important, so please read carefully.

1. Overview

Raccsy is operated by a team of streetwear-loving trash panda enthusiasts. These Terms of Service govern your use of our site and the purchase of any product or service from us.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms – so don’t say we didn’t warn you. If you don’t agree, kindly exit the raccoon den.

2. Eligibility

To shop with us, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old (or supervised by a responsible adult),
  • Using our website in accordance with all applicable laws,
  • Not using our gear for anything shady (no raccoon-level scams, please).

3. Products & Services

We offer on-demand printed products that are made with sass, love, and just a dash of street raccoon spirit. We do our best to accurately display our items, but colors and placement may slightly vary due to screen settings or the hand-printed nature of our products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time without notice (even your fav one – we’re sorry in advance).

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, correct errors, or update promotions at any time.
  • Payments are processed securely via our trusted payment gateways. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and possibly squirrel coins in the future (just kidding... or are we?).

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide – from our raccoon lair to your doorstep. Standard production time is 3–7 business days, followed by shipping times that vary by location.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your gear, but if there’s a hiccup, we got your back. Check out our full Return & Refund Policy for all the info on eligibility, timeframe, and process.

Spoiler alert: We don’t do refunds for buyer’s remorse, but we do fix our mistakes.

7. User Conduct

While visiting our site, please don’t:

  • Hack, spam, or do anything shady.
  • Copy, redistribute, or resell our designs (unless you want raccoons to show up at your door).
  • Violate any law – internet karma is real.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (logos, designs, product mockups, etc.) belongs to Raccsy. Don’t steal our art, our copy, or our vibe. Respect the brand and the raccoon energy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate any of these terms or make our site less fun. No one likes a party pooper.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the site = agreement to the new terms.
