RETURN & REFUND

1. I received the wrong item, what should I do?

2. I’m not satisfied with the printing quality, what should I do?

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with the printing quality, please contact us right away. We'll inspect the issue and reprint any flawed items free of charge. Please check our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

3. I ordered the wrong size or color, what should I do?

If you realize you've ordered the wrong size or color, please contact our customer service within 4 hours of placing the order to modify or cancel it. After 4 hours, the order has already entered production, and modifications can no longer be made. However, we will do our best to find a suitable solution for you.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO

1. International buyers: What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office, and you will be responsible for paying them.

2. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address. After entering your address and choosing your shipping method during checkout, the total shipping cost will be displayed before completing your purchase.

3. I never received my package, what should I do?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page. We’ll investigate and assist you in tracking your order.

4. Can I track my package?

5. When can I expect to receive my package?

Our products are custom-printed to ensure the best quality, so it typically takes 1-3 business days to process and print your order before shipping.

MY ORDER

1. I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet.

First, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find the confirmation email, don’t worry! Just contact us, and our customer service team will assist you promptly.

2. I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?

You can request a modification or cancellation within 4 hours after placing your order. After this time, the order is already in production and cannot be modified. To help you choose the right size and style, we’ve provided detailed product descriptions and size charts on each product page.

3. I’m so excited to receive my order! How do I check my order status?

You can check the status of your order by visiting our Order Tracking Page and entering your order details.

4. How do I place my order?

Simply select your desired product and style, then click “Add to Cart.” Follow the steps in the checkout process to complete your order, and we’ll prepare it for shipment as soon as possible.
